Sadly, Transmorgify and Spiral Gate are both limited to 1 copy per deck. See here: http://duelmasters.wikia.com/wiki/Banned_and_Restricted_List

I can't see why you need 4 copies of that the 3 cost blocker leviathan you have there. You also have a steep mana curve, with a lot of monsters at 8 cost but not a lot before getting there. If you want to play that much mana, you will need to compensate for the fact that it will be taxing on your hand. I think you should use cards like Energy Stream and Qurian perhaps as well.

Daidalos, General of Fury: maybe you can do without this one.
maybe you can reduce on the no. of those 'cant be blocked creatures'
instead of death smoke, proclamaion of death might be a better option as it is a shield trigger as well.
add 2 more hogan blasters.
energy stream lets you draw 2 cards for 3 mana. compared to submarine project, that might be a better option.

dunno. these are some of my suggestions. you can try them out.

Right now it looks like you want to rush primarily, so you should consider how to optimize your use of Pliers here I think. It's interesting that you run dragons here, but it seems a little out of place. If you want to make an assault that goes up to 5-6 mana, then I see how it could make some sense. But again you're going to need a resource engine here. Cavern Raider is a good option, but I think you'll need more.

Also, your main deck is now too small. It needs to be at least 40 cards.
