You have many shield triggers, which is very useful. But i suggest to try concentrating more on one strategy. There are also some good combos in your deck, but they are hard to obtain. If you really want a cheap deck, you may add cards like cheap speed attackers (taiga, rikabu or others) and you may consider adding some japan cards, some of them are really powerful

http://duelmasters.wikia.com/wiki/Banned_and_Restricted_List, You can't have Bolmeteus Sapphire Dragon in your deck. Well that is if you care about the rules. Good luck, nice deck, have lost to it once.

The same card with different artwork is still the same card... so you have 8 Cocco Lupias while the rules allow you to have a maximum of 4 copies of one card.
