Tornadus is actually this deck`s best counter to Terrakion, along with mewtwo that`s not a good revenge killer, since unless he gets a pretty good amount of energy it won`t defeat Terrakion and will take at least 90, making him an easy 2-prizes 80HP Pokemon Catcher target.
