Wingal Brave is your starter.

Alfred Early is in there because if you ride to grade 2 with Blaster Blade and then into Galehaut using Galehaut's effect to ride Alfred Early. Then Galehaut and Blaster Blade come to the rearguard and then you can stride into Madew and get back the grade 3 you used to stride.

If I go first I like to use MLB's effect first before my opponent can stride. All you need is Starlight violinist and Blaster Blade or Dark in your hand at the start to pull it off.

If I go second I'll try to ride Blaster Dark normally and then Alfred the 14th. So, I can legion first. That ways, I'll be set later to stride for Religious Soul Saver, Holy Squire Dragon, and Madew's effect and if I need to I can ride Exculpate/MLB/Alfred early if and when I need too and use their effects as well.

If you only have about two cards in your drop zone and can't legion. I like to call baster javelin move two cards from my hand (hopfully one of them is a blaster so later Religious Soul Saver goes +Crit) and call Pacgal and another high beast depending on the situation. Then use Pacgal to countercharge.
Then soul blast non-blaster cards and legion for Blaster Blade. Use Blaster Blade's skill to retire any unit

Also if you use Exculpate's skill you go back down to grade 2 so your opponent not only loses all his rearguards but can't stride either. Its also cool to do Alfred early or Galehaut to Alfred early after that.

Sanctuary Guard Dragon for the stride just in case especially when you have Battlesong Angel, Pupil Llew, Bacgal, and Flogal.
