The deck strategy is the same as any other deck of course, store up cards in your hand that will help you get to whatever Mega you can get to first.

So it is best that when creating a Digi-Battle deck to have a sort of evolution tree in place when you are building your deck. In most situations it is best to pick your Mega first and work your way down from there picking Ultimates that are used in making the Mega of your choice as well as ones that have the same required Champions. Then move down the line and choose your Champions the same way and using those to determine your Rookies.

Determining Power Option cards is easier to fill in you deck gaps. You need certain ones to aid in your Digivolving as well as ones that will power up your Digimon in a battle. I recommend at least three or four types of Digivolving cards, the best one over all is Shining Digivolution since it will allow any Digimon to evolve to the next level no matter what the requirements and when you don't have the right Digimon at the right time that really comes in handy and should be a deck standard. Other evolution cards should be chosen on common Digivolving requirements such as having a lot of Virus type Digimon or a lot of Digimon with Green or Yellow colors. Also, if you have a lot of Digi-Egg evolutions you need certain ones and in that case choose your Champions that more or less have the same egg types so that evolving to them will be easier. Next choose your support cards, generallly ones that have no specific Digimon requirements or at least ones that require something a lot of your Digimon share.

The main reason I chose the Digimon I chose for this deck in particualr, are the supportive skills that they share. My favorite being the Special Effect of the Mo-01 Terriermon and the St-125 Lopmon, where I can throw the opposite one of whichever I am using away to add 200 points to my Digimon Power. That helps a lot especially in those situations that I have been downgraded to Rookie from Champion and those 200 points willl win me a victory against a higher level, scoring me more points that I would have gotten and if I'm lucky, enough points to win me the game. The other Special Effects of note that have come in handy are Bo-278 BlackGargomon which can get you a very high point boost early in the game to raise your score points fast and the Mo-08 Kerpymon ability to Downgrade your opponents Digimon without costing you anything.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this deck as it has rarely lost. But the number one reason I wrote this review, is to show a good example of a Digi-Battle deck and encourage more people to do so. This is one of the few games that I have seen with not a lot of the stereo rules that a lot of games share...if you deck out in this game you just reshuffle and draw again, and that makes it more fun because when you play you don't hear "If I had managed to draw that card at least once..." because you actually get to use your whole deck and every reshuffle is like a new game and a new challenge to Digivolve the fastest.

This was my first deck idea for the Digi-Battle game ever since I saw the movie.

This is an extremely good deck. It has good combos and has a lot of strategy imvolved. It's shocking that this is your first deck! I've made multiple decks, but the only really good combos I know are Beelzemon and Beelze Motorcycle and the Terriermon(Mo-01) effect with Lopmon.
Also, do you think you could tip me on making some good decks? I typically make decks with just one rookie and than base my whole deck on that one Digimon. It seems pretty effective, but then again i only duel with other decks that i make, so i don't know how they would fare against a deck like yours.
