Can I build this deck?

Classic style RUB control. Focuses on heavy hand and field advantage, can be played aggressively or more of a control style deck and wait for finishers. Lots of other cards could be in here. Still testing.

I want to keep the Scarlet though I just keep thinking about the old DM days where my 1 teched Scarlet won me so many games haha... But it's kinda hard only having one and not running thrash crawlers :p anyway I'll see how it tests out and change accordingly
