Can I build this deck?

this deck's full name is you Can't Underestimate Tiny Elves...

It's an anti-power deck that employs mostly low level monster including cards like "Mashmelon" or "Magical Reflect Slime" which deal damage to the opponent without having to win the battle or "D.D. Warrior which destroys any monster it battles with regardless of the outcome.

These cards are backed up by the Field spell "Savage Colosseum" which forces all attack position monsters to attack and since this deck contains cards that are more effective in defense mode they are unaffected by "Savage Colosseum" also with defensive monsters there is less chance of take battle damage and even if I actually do take damage cards like "Kuriboh" or "Spirit Barrier" can still negate the damage.

"Savage Colosseum" is also useful for gaining life points along with cards such as "Dian Keto The Cure Master" or "Dancing Fairy" which I think would come in handy due to the fact that a number of the cards in this deck require me to give up life points in order to activate their effects.

This deck's defense is also strengthened by card like "Sonic Chick" that cannot be destroyed trough battle as well as "Millennium Shield" which has tremendously strong defense power that can also be made into a strong attack power through the effect of "Weapon Change".

"Copycat" is yet another card in this deck which has the potential of having high attack points and along with the effect of "Baby Tiragon" it could also inflict some serious damage trough direct attacks.

I also Intended to add "Zushin The Sleeping Giant" to this deck as well (as a shout-out to team taiyo during the W.R.G.P. in 5D's) since "Sonic Chick" with it's effect plus cards like "Swords of revealing Light" would have a good chance of staying on the field the full ten turns but with "Final Countdown" I can still make use of the stalling cards.
