i cant give you match advise since i dont use this clan but it seems that there is something missing in this deck and if you fight crossrides from gold paladin and narukami you will find it very difficult to fight with them, maybe its the grade 1 cards

I suggest replacing 1 susanoo with silent tom or maiden of libra. Replace 1 hare of inaba with dark cat. For starting vanguard,lulu is fine if u like her but optimally,kaguya or eclair would be better.

u do know silent tom is restricted to 2 and since my main vg will 99% times be amaterasu its great to have suasanoo.
Dark cat may backfire on me at times thus keeping it to 2.
Lulu is great cause it gives a draw.
I might consider 1 libra over 1 suasaoo though

A: According to the Japanese Bushiroad company, they won't apply the Japan list to the English Game. They may down the road(that's just a guess) but for now, the game is pretty universal.

B: This deck is BAD. OTT is meant to use combo plays, to generate resources. I dislike Dark Cat a bit myself, but that's not what I'm talking about. Other than Cat, its freaking Maiden of Libra? No Blue Scale Deers?

There isn't even a Red Eye in the deck. If you're not gonna add the Tsukuyomis in here. And Apollon? He's virtually another Maiden of Libra.

If you wanna build around Amatersu, you need to more effectively pile up the soul and more effectively garner cards in the hand.

Okay, I wasn't sure the direction that you were heading with this deck at first glance so, I asked Lequan_sama to play it against me so that I could see for myself the way the cards work together.

I see what you are trying to accomplish now, a bit thanks to Duelfightyugi's insight.

However, I don't play OTT myself so I wouldn't be the best at giving advice. Hence, me asking a few others to have a look as well.

At first I found lulu a bit odd as a starter but as yugi pointed out.. it would be hard to achieve CEO's mega these days(if for some reason u didnt get the cross) and the draw could benefit you more than the 2 cards staying in your soul would. So a good choice IMO.

Overall, It's a decent build though, slightly lacking in strategic options. I would have to review a good bit to make any suggestive changes and will be happy to do so if you would like me to.

Although, if you are happy with the deck and it works well for you. Then, that's really all that matters.

Anyway, Good luck!! and let me know if you want me to look further into it.
