This deck lacks a lot of draw, it's unbalanced as it is right now. The choice of Psychics is good, but it could be better. Also, you have a lot of self-destroying spells, which don't go in this deck as well. Raiden Hole is over-rated, it doesn't do too great of a job. Add water, basically. Cebu Aquman, Aquan Jr.'s Delivery, Energy Stream, etc. Also, add a bit of defense in the form of Ninja Strike, for example, Falconer and Orochi/Hanzou. Running Bega at 1 isn't worth it, add Queen Alcadeias instead.
