maybe tey not using oroboro cart because it shuffles the deck and with magatsu storm you want the 2 grade 3 to be at the bottom of the deck and since you run royal nova you want to run 4 of the 8k vanilla cards and you won't really need to run the grade 3 12k boosted attacker, you could try running only 7 grade 3 but that is completely optional, also leaf raccoon isn't the best choice because you're always going to be using your hand to guard, leaf raccoon is more for Phantasmagoric Snowy Wind, Shirayuki because of it's persona blast it causes you to need to guard less.

Overall this is a very good deck, you have crossride C& breakride protection, and, in my opinion, the perfect # of sentinels. The only problem i c is the lack of stand triggers. But, if that's your personal preference, fine. Also don't listen to the person above me about any less then 8 g3s, leaf raccoon is helpful on your turn, since your opponent will have to use up there hand to guard.
