First of all, let me just say that this deck is fairly decent. Granted, it's not a 5, but neither should it be a 1 because of a lack of Stands. Ratings like that are stupid, not only because triggers are personal preference, but if they really matter to the person playing, then they should take the time to build their own, or even a variation of this deck, WITH STANDS.
Now that that's out of the way, time to get into the meat. Your G0 lineup is great. I personally run 8 critical/4 draw, but as I said, personal preference. Linchu combos well with Gantlet, and other cards, which I'll mention later. For the G1, 3 perfect guards is acceptable. However, considering the Break Ride format, you might want to increase the number. RRD is not really necessary, in my opinion. Demolition works as a perfectly fine booster, and doesn't prevent you from hitting magic numbers. Doui is unreliable, considering the small amount of soul you'll have. Eradicator of Fire, Kohkaiji, or whatever it's called on TCO, would be a better fit. Another thing you should note for later, when it arrives in Set 11, is Iron Blood Eradicator, Shuki, which makes a great addition to Gauntlet decks, due to the retire skills you'll have. In the G2, Zuitan isn't that useful at 4, like he is in a Descendant build, due to the superior ride. He works fine at 3. I personally dislike Saucer Cannon, since he lets your opponent draw. Something I've found useful, though, is Twin Gun Eradicator, Hakushou, which I use over the vanilla. After all this, you may think that you've a lack of retirers, for so many cards that need something retired to get their effect. However, I've done some testing, and with Linchu, Vowing, and Gauntlet, the deck works fine for me. |

I quite like this, although I'm not the biggest Eradicator fan in the world. This build has potential

Red River Dragoon's are essential grade 1's in a lot of decks, this one in specific.
Also if you know how Narukami and Kagero decks work you will know that they are about all out powered attacks. Stand Triggers DO NOT work that well with these 2 clans!!! |

Like jyuasnteisn had said, its only his opinion. You could/should ignore the comment if you know it wasn't the best for your deck.
Regarding on your statement:
THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG Narukami's general play style is "Vg focus" and "front row retiring".Kagero's general play style is "Crowd Control" and "Pressure". I would agree if you say "powered attacks is specific for this build" which is Gauntlet.Since different build style have different play style Example:Neo's nectar sephirot build play style is "swarming power" while Musketeer's build play style is "consistency.BUT both build share some common play style which is "Swarm" which is the General play style for Neo. This proven my point before. About the stand trigger's statement you said, that is totally wrong. 1st of all,TRIGGERS ARE PERSONAL PREFERENCE IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CLAN'S NATURE.If you wanna play 16 crits, there is nothing wrong with that, because you decide what is good for your own deck.STAND TRIGGER DO WORK WITH EVERY CLAN,its just people don't want to use them (due to their personality or play style). So people please,STOP ORDERING/SUGGESTING other people deck about what triggers line up they should play.People who ask for SUGGESTION about their should also stop doing that pointless thing.Seriously, its your own deck, your own play style,if you wanna play aggro then play 8 crit or whatever,Or if you wanna play hand control then play 8 draw or whatever,Or if you wanna play mind control then play 4/4/4/4 standards. Conclusion:Its really up to the player it self of what triggers they should play according to their build style and play style. Anyway, next time point out some concrete statement before you get your self cyber-whipped(lol). |
