This is a deck I'm just getting off the ground IRL. The Shadow side is credit to CaptainClownshoe from the real LotR Online game.

The premise of the Shadow side is to get as many possessions out (which is fairly simple since none of them require spots), and then draw into your Trolls for a big, nasty site 9 (or earlier, if possible). Play Covetous Uruks as needed to slow an opponent down or to help cycle. The Pursuers are the best 1-cost minion available (in my opinion), and they're required for the Trolls to drop.

The FP side is, win or lose, to get as many tokens on your shire conditions as possible, which in turn helps out at later sites and beefs the Businessmen up to huge strength. Play any token conditions you draw, saving at least 1 token on each for your Businessmen. Those conditions double as lifesavers, too, bailing your companions out at crucial times.

The Shadow side is standard, but I had to leak into expanded for the FP. Oh well. There's no reason not to play expanded.
