You should try adding wave lancers and tritonus. Maybe you could use some more mana ramp and possibly andromeda as well.

Well at least you have the sense to just run 3x on everything and keep it close up to 50 cards, which is the ideal way to do Bottle. And Panopter is honestly a decent deck engine for resources. But there are 3 major flaws with this current list:

1) Too many multi-civs.

And I specifically mean the ones in the 2 cost. You don't need those. Your whole deck is too small with too many multis, so your pulls and mana placement can really fu.ck you, effectively always being one turn behind.

It IS a must to use some 2 cost Blockers (especially with Panopter) but the regular ones like Rain-Cloud and Sun-Stalk are good enough.

Darkness IS worth using for Twilight and Pit but other than that it doesn't contribute anything. You need better cards, preferably which help real early.

2) Pointless fatties.

Squillance is not for this deck and neither is Dreadnaught or the 1x dude. Adding fat creatures just cause it would be cool when you get them off Bottle is honestly the biggest mistake people make with this deck.

Whatever big basstards you add, it needs to either counter some entire metagame strategy, pull you out of some bad scenarios or give you some lockdown or something: Borran for example is better than Deadnaught, Saracon, Death Liger Justicar and so forth.

3) Depending only on Bottle pulls is seriously asking to get outplayed.

That's why these decks need contingency plans and alternate systems more than anything, so you usually have to build them either with mana acceleration (at least Mana Storm), Dawn for Bottle reuse or bunking in with removal, Kurragar, Lux and some Dragons, going into battle early (Humoncolon) and so forth.

These 3 are generally the most common mistakes, so keep that in mind and good luck.

Its a nice concept but it needs some fine tuning;

I would start by taking the nature out all together.
Then focus on Panopter, its is the base of a good blocker deck.
Using a steady stream of blockers and darkness removal/water bounce can. stall the opponent till you reach the ten mana.

Also maybe lower the count on some of you high cost cards, other than bottle you have no consistent way of bringing them out, and being stuck of only high cost cards can kill in the early game.
instead but lower cost cards that can net you advantages like fumes, Keeper of Laws, and canyon skimmer. Even if they are not blockers they can still be helpful.

I hope this is helpful,
Let me know what me what you think.
