The basic idea is to get a personnel on board your opponents ships and disrupt their mission attempts until you get enough personnel to complete your mission. The key is to get Anything or Anyone out asap. The longer it take to play Anything or Anyone your chances of winning goes down if your opponent get a quick mission completed it makes for a uphill battle. That why 3 copies of O'Brien is a must he gets Anything or Anyone.
