Packs of DBZ at Dollar store?

I went to my local dollar store to buy some soda on the way home from work ( 2 Vaults $1.00 woot ) and I saw at the checkout stand had tons of different packs of cards! I for one didnt even know they had cards at the dollar store neverless the range of cards they had , from pokemon to football and everything in between. They had boxes of DBZ cards the old set with Saiyan saga and everything up to the new series for $1 even with the sticker that says $3.49 on the package. I was hesitant on buying them because it just seemed weird and I dont even know if anyone collects this game still or not lol ( I played like 10 years ago )
