How do I report Aminur as an unfair user?

I feel Aminur has been rating a Dream Card and Card Review unfairly low, yet "Bad Trader Reports" only lets me report that somebody i sent cards to was taking advantage of me. What can i do about Aminur?

For Card Reviews, (s)he gave a low rating to my friend's review of "Dark Magician" because (s)he didn't like the card, rather than because the review had any imaginary problems, and for Dream Cards, (s)he gave an imaginary card a low rating because it was allegedly too powerful, despite being 2.5% as powerful as his/her REAL WORLD "Chimeratech Overdragon" and harder to use.

What can I do to prevent further such damage to other users' ratings? Ideally, i would like the unfairly low ratings removed from the averages, but how would i go about making that happen?

nothing you can do. as long as they dont rip you off you cant report them for anything.
