If you are going to use the level 3 Satsuki as well as Great Spirit Satsuki I recommend using for 4 junketsu events in the deck

Hmm, lvl 0 is greedy @ 13 & the deck will lose hand quickly. Your only salvation is level 2 change (CX Combo Change is terribad) and Crow Song doesn't sustain neither @ level 2.

So here's what I would change:
- Every AB deck must run a bond engine @ level 0. For you this it's Sekine & Irie, Always Together for your Iwasawa, Cool Beauty
-1 Sekine, Loves Mischief (4 is too much and she's weak)
-2 Yuri, Solo Activities (You already have Yui, Realization of Dreams as a healer.)
+3 Sekine & Irie, Always Together

- You need a better lvl 0-1 support over Yui, Baseball Girl. Staying as close as your deck I would choose Yui, Assistant of GirlDeMo + Yui, Always Energetic) (Your other option for more red is Yuri, Opposition Cleared + Iwasawa & Hisako, Understanding of Expectations)
-2 Yui, Baseball Girl
-1 Yuri, Luck of the Draw? (You already have 2x The Song They Wanted to Sing.)
+3 Yui, Assistant of GirlDeMo
- Finally, I would get a second Hisako, Sub-Leader to protect as much as possible your change.
-1 "Crow Song" Iwasawa (2 should be fine)

A budget build with Asuna's Strong Bond. Cool! Vice Commander, Asuna is also pretty solid.

Here's what I would change first.
4x Axe Warrior, Agil & 2x Asuna's Veteran Cooking Skill is too expensive @ level 2.
-1 Axe Warrior, Agil
+1 Asuna Replies to a Proposal from your Trial Deck.
Turn your bonded Kirito Joins the Knights of the Blood Oath into 9k 2 soul for a turn and 10k during opp turn. 2x Level 2 backrow is a minimum when you push hard @ level 2.
You could test adding your other copy by removing another Agil or Asuna.
-2 Sudden Farewell
+2 <<Dual-wielding>> User
As much as we love +2 soul, Dual-wielding from your Trial deck will get you more value in power for your weak level 1 game and you get a better trigger with a +1 draw. Also +1 soul to all has less chances to get cancelled in comparison with +2 soul. You will have enough 2 soul already at level 2 . I even switched the 2x Star Splash to get 4x Dual-wielding in my own budget SAO.

What to get next?
Top priority:
1) 3-4x Silica's Unyielding Trust: A little expensive, but still a staple in every SAO decks. It is simply that good. Decent way to rest your back row when you don't need the power from Their Child, Yui & mill cards to get your Kirito Joins the Knights of the Blood Oath in Waiting Room for your Asuna's Strong Bond.
When Sword Art Online II/Gun Gale Online English get released later in 2015, add these:
2) Get 2x Sword Art Online II Trial Deck. Decent budget cards in there.
3) Finally, just get packs from Sword Art Online II Extra Booster. It is budget (since normal and holo) and has very powerful cards. To get a playset of EB, you need at least 6 boxes.

I like the idea of a card that is legit useful at any point in the game. I feel that this card my however be over powered as the deck compression (when the card is sent to memory) and free stock is a little to strong for a level 0 0 cost card. I also thing that burning for 2 if an attack is canceled is way to strong for a again a 0 cost card. The idea is great though improvements can be made to make this seem like more of a balanced card.

You always need 8 climaxes in a Weiss deck as a start. Make sure you use Climax that you have color too since you can't play them on Stage if you don't have color in either Level Zone or Clock Zone.

First, to run Dance Hall CX alone, you don't need to run that much Red, I used to do it with only Meiko searcher + Luka bomb. If you want to run the Climax Combo, don't run Miku 2/2 it's bad, 2/1 Luka can still be played by herself.
Second, this deck, like most decks on TCO, doesn't have hand. A good rule of thumb is to have at minimum 2 hand engines per deck. What are they? Cards that allow you to maintain your hand other than Clocking for Drawing 2 every turn since 2 cards from Clocking alone is not enough to replace your whole 3 cards Front Row if you keep losing them every turn. Miku will lose at level 1-2 until you can change into your level 3.
Here's Miku first set hand engines:
- Miku brainstorm (only 2 copy, pretty low, maybe 3 or 4 if you use only that, waste a back row slot too)
- Len Bond (Bond for an eh card and an eh color)
- Weekender Girl / Megane Events (They are very late though)
- Time Machine Promo CX Combo but not available on TCO.
- My favorite, Memoria Miku.

Well first you must have 8 climaxes only in a Weiss deck.
Also we can't tell from cardpool the goal of this deck other than trying to fit everything you liked at like 1-of copy. In Weiss, like many cards game, you have staple cards, for competitive and fan decks, that you usually want to get every game. In order to do so, you need 3-4 copies of that cards since 4 is the maximum for a card with the same name.
For Fairy Tail (FT), here's some cards that you might want to look for in every colors.
Yellow.
Jellal Bond and her Erza target. (Best early game hand engine for FT and Erza is your best costless 1/0)
Makarov Support (Best late game Assist for FT)
Erza free mill. (You run for first effect unless you run a full Erza deck)
Erza L3 is a decent finisher to help you win games (You will most likely need to hold onto her Climax though)
I did not expect to see this, expensive 1/0 Aria anti-damage card
Makarov Plus Brainstorm. (Your other hand engine in FT with Jellal Bond. Markarov double down as a bond too if you want that. The bond target isn't that bad since it is an easy 1 cost 2 soul for a turn.)
Green.
Lucy Searcher (For Memory count and your best searcher early, late game)
For Lucy only deck, use these cards: this 1/0 Lucy. (By potentially sending herself to Memory, you receive free compression.). At level 0, use this Lucy (3.5k L1 to prevent being bombed/reversed)
Red.
Natsu bomb/reverser (One of the best level 1 reverser in the whole game)
Master Zero (For a Zero build, coolbreeze made one, you can check replay of him using that deck called "Nothing But Coolface Guys" for 1 idea)
2/2 Flame Lotus Event Counter (It is kinda expensive, but send itself to memory after to offset the extra 1 cost)
Still a decent hand engine this 1/0 Gajeel (1 cost for 1 selective card, if you are allowed to Salvage)
Gajeel Bomb (Flexible, level 0 bombs are almost staple in every Weiss decks)
A card for a Natsu deck, this 1/0 Happy (Hand and power, cool)
Blue
A decent Gray Bond (Problem is having to Ice focus & running more 1/1 Counter). To increase your ice count, use this 1/0 Gray.
One way to get a 2 soul beaters @ L2 is to change into Gray L3 with this 2/1 Gray.
Lyon Search (Another hand engine if running L3 Gray)
I did not expect an anti-bomb tech in FT, your call to use 1/0 Cana.
Finally Moon Drip Event can be potentially used since it replace itself and prepare to level 3 while healing.

A pretty solid English LL soul rush decklist. If it doesn't end game quick, it could have issues late game since it is stock intensive. Interesting 1-of with both Nico L1 and L2.

This deck want to do too much and fail at doing anything. Climax/Character/Event line up are all over the place.

1) You don’t need to run every Climax combos to win games. Cool stuff to pull off, but your deck will have issues pulling them off in the first place since you run too many. My rule of thumb is generally to run 1 to 3 max, only if you have decent Combo.

Smile of Goddess: Best GC Combo. You can potentially build stock if you get it off 2 times making your level 2-3 game easier. Clock Encore also maintain hand easily. Watch out: Clock Encore requires heavy compression to offset the damage you are doing to yourself. Key team for her: 1/0 Hare, 0/0 Shu Brainstorm, any Tsugumi 0/0, 1/0, 2/1, 0/0 Daryl.
Trial of Courage: Fix salvage trigger soul rushing for 1 cost. No trait restriction salvage. Watch out: 1/0 Inori demerit requires heavy compression or timing to drop her to offset free damage. Key team for her: 1/0 Hare, 0/0 Daryl, 0/0 Shu Brainstorm, 0/0 Tsugumi.
King’s Talent: A very unique card in Weiss, a 1 cost 2 soul allowing a fix by drawing from stock. Mostly for 2 soul beatdown, run him or 2/3 Inori Change. Key team for him: 4x Climax, 0/0 Hare Bond.
Euterpe: Great song. Still, no. An handfix late game forcing you to run a bad Climax is a bad combo. 3/2 Inori is a very vanilla healer if you don't get it off or use her combo. Getting her at level 2 is expensive and requires a lot of setup since she's very weak by herself. Key team for her: Tsugumi 2/1, Counters (1/0 or 2/1), 1/0 Hare.
My Favorite King: No. A power boost combo is a bad combo since you pay for something that you should be doing without paying for it. She's also expensive and weak by herself. A better alternative is 2/1 Shu or 3/2 Inori. Key team for her: Tsugumi 2/1, Counters (1/0 or 2/1), 1/0 Hare.

2) Character/Event has no focus by having too few or too many. We should feel a strategy by your card pool.

Vanilla cards: You only use those if you like the card art or you are building a fan/waifu deck. Every set has better cards.
Events: You generally can't run more than 1-3 copies since they are generally heavy on hand and you can't attack with them unlike characters. They are mostly cards you will be able to play if you are already winning. 2/2 Truth Void Genome fix for itself so you could keep that. 2/2 Genome is potentially a 1-of if your level 3 focus is Shu. You have better characters for top check instead of 1/0 Concert Event.
My favorite GC cards: Finally here's a list that could help you improve your deck. Level 3 Shu (Healer + Finisher), you should prepare him the Stage all game long (Requires top checkers + power). Daryl, Arrogant (Cheap power boost, but no trait). Funell, Auto-Insect (Maintain hand, help your consistency with the target, but need heavy cancels to offset damage). Shu, Hanging his Head (Clock Brainstorm to grab ANYTHING in Clock Zone without card/trait restriction, but heavy cost every turn). Tsugumi, Positive Thinking (Top check, small power boost, potentially free handfix, requires more level 1+).

Kendo Girl, Suguha
Possibly a 1 or 2-of tech brainstorm in case you might need it. She can help fix for your early level 3 Leafa drops. Another searching target for your combos.

Healing Magic Event
A kind of finishing card, you could tech also 1-of that. Also can be grabbed by another Event from Vol 2.

SAO Vol 2


Leafa, Troubled Maiden
An easy 1 cost 9k.

Suguha, Cooking
No cost 1.5k backup. 1-of, just another target for your combo searches.

Swilvane Specialty Event
A free hand fix from Clock. You could grab any Climax, Character, or Event with this.
