Comment from the author: This is inspired by the 3rd Naruto Special from Ultimate Ninja 3. It goes good in...any deck with Naruto or Sasuke pretty much. But would own in a Successors deck.

Since it is "Rasengan Chidori", wouldn't it make more sense for it to be "Element: Lightning/Fire" "Requirements: 1 team that includes Sasuke Uchiha AND Naruto Uzumaki" since neither can use both? I realize that this will limit it's playability, but it still makes it more believeable.
What font is this for the title? Where did you find it?
Actually, I cut the text off of existing cards and pasted it on. Time consuming but about the only option since the font for names is one Bandai had made for them and it is not pubicly available.
It's a good idea, but I think it could use some more thought.
The card editing is poor, looks like it was done quickly in MS Paint.
Effect is uninspired; it's about as simple as you can get; a little more creativity would be nice.
Like someone else mentioned, the fact that it is "Requirements: Sasuke OR Naruto" makes absolutely no sense... it should have an effect more akin to Double Dynamic Entry that gets better if you have both ninjas.
In terms of actually gameplay practicality, it's basically useless. 4 chakra is a huge number; enough that it should be a game ender, especially considering it's two colors. However in terms of effect, all it does is basically offer a stat bump. Sure this will probably ensure an Outstanding, but a Rasengan's +7 will probably do the same thing in most cases. It's kind of like a jutsu that says "deal 6 damage to target ninja"... it's just overkill, see?
Big expensive cards like this look good on paper, but have you ever tried using Bracken Dance? Sure it's a game breaker, but no sentient opponent will let you get it off. It will be negated, or it's user will be bounced. Then you're down a ton of chakra with nothing to show for it. It's way too high risk.

All of these points are very valid, however, I would like to point out something that you may have missed. This card was made well over a year ago and was one of the first cards I ever made. Were it made now It's cost would be Fire | Lightning | 1 It would have Requirements: Naruto Uzumaki & Sasuke Uchiha" (the platoon, which did not even exist when this card was made) and it would remove every Ninja battling against the user from the game. Overall the card has aged well though it is definatly showing it's age. The Quality of my newer cards are far higher than that of this one.
