I like the fact that you mentioned why you used that image. I feel like this card should be a ritual card, from the wording on the card about removing from play monsters. Also why not have it be a light attribute and a dark attribute be removed from play, similar to Chaos Emperor Dragon. BELMD would be OP if it was a real card.

i like the idea of this card, i disagree with the light and dark attribute but the ritual i do agree with. i think it would be even better if it had an effect like cyber eltanin but for light dragons that way its attack can get boosted even more

The wording needs a lot of reworking, it's not properly worded. Effect is sort of tame, so it's ok there. Not too much, doesn't need more, but is sort of "just ok". Fix the wording.
