First strike classifies as an evasion ability.
Glissa, the Traitor is a multicolor card with a 3-weight cost (meaning all 3 of the mana in its cost are colored). Since MTG has relatively little in the way of B/G mana fixing in Standard, Glissa is difficult to drop turn 3. On top of that, she's legendary, meaning your opponent can drop a Glissa of their own to kill both of them.
Glissa is more balanced than this card, even with the higher power/toughness and added ability.

This is true but im not talking about standard, i was not thinking of this in standard format. and in Vintage there is plenty of ways to not get mana hosed, with dual lands, and shock lands, and pain lands for the B/G mana combo
