Sorry, but wouldn't it be better to make it a Effect Monster istead of a Synchro? i see it more like a Yugi's Dark Magician or samething similar, and i would make it destroyed one opponent card (original effect).

You make an Yu-gi-oh! version of Blaster Blade but you restrained the version of Stardust Dragon...........
