[Ability - Phrenic Disruption] If this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon flip a coin. If heads, put 2 damage counters on the defending Pokémon and it is now Paralyzed. Phrenic Disruption is always in effect with each Defending Pokémon but only as soon as it becomes the Defending Pokémon.

Flip a coin, if tails, discard all Psychic energy. Each Psychic energy discarded does 20 more damage to the defending Pokémon.

The card is pretty overpowered, but the design looks so cool I am willing to overlook it.

I made it to slow down all of these fast decks like Eletriks and Terrakions but a Garchomp can take it our in 1 shot still. The other 2 dragons I have are also pretty powerful.
