Cards Reborn
Once per turn, pay 500 life points. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the controller of this card may select any monster, spell, or trap card except "Cards Reborn" from either player's graveyard and do the action(s) for the type chosen.

Monster: Special Summon in face-up attack position or face-up deffense position.
Spell: Add to your hand. If it is an equip spell, you may equip it to an appropiate monster on the field.
Trap: Set the card in your Spell/Trap Card Zone. The setting of this cannot be negated.

The idea was good, you can choose a trap, spell or monster card from either's player graveyard to apply an effect according to the type.
That sounded good until you keep reading the card...

Choose a monster = Monster Reborn.
Choose a spell = Magician of Faith.
Choose a trap = Mask of Darkness.

The cost is a joke.
This card shouldn't have an activation cost, at least that low, it should have a Maintenance Cost equal to Mirror Wall. That or get its effect changed.

And if this is destroyed/removed from the field, the cards affected by this card should be banished and not be capable to activate their effects.
