All dragon pokemon or pokemon who evolve into or from dragons do not take additional damage for weakness and cannot be affected by any special conditions.

This card would definitely help anyone who uses dragon pokemon which are my favorite type of pokemon.

This card would help if there wasn't one problem. The legal sets of pkmn cards running in the format do NOT say weather it is a dragon pokemon or not. So this card would do no good. If you wanted to do it this way you would have to name every card it should help.
