Battling

General description:
Another card that helps battling. I do not like cards that focus on giving you bonuses (such as force loss or retrieval) using things such as insert cards and stuff that does not involve battling. So i really appreciate cards that give more power to decks that try and battle. To me battling is way more fun than trying to win by reacting away from battles, force draining in large amounts or using insert cards.

Uses:
Use it to turn the table on someone who is hit and running or spreading thin to force drain.

Strategies and game play:
Any deck that uses battling as its main way to make opponent lose force should probably have a few of these. Just put them where your opponent is force draining and then take over that location. Pay attention to opponent's hand size and force generation before you deploy this card because if you do not and opponent reinforces this location to the point that you will not be able to take it over, you will give the opponent a +1 force drain. Or i guess you could also use it to make opponent leave a location and stack up on another, though i have never used it like that.

Ways to counteract it:
Reacting will help protect a location, but over all if you have a deck that uses weapons well, makes a lot of attrition or is just got a lot of power there is no protection.

Strengths/Pros:
Gives you +1 to each of your battle destinies
Destiny 5
Retrieves 4 force
Goes to use pile before you retrieve force

Weaknesses/Cons:
Gives opponent force drain +1 at deployed location
Deploys during opponents control phase

Overall rating:
7 out of 10

you would have to be careful how you play this card. Rebel barrier could work against this card, prevent you to battle that first turn you deploy it allowing opponent to get back up.
