The cursed dragon really gets everyone talking. So here's my part! Please rate and give your comments!
Well, for one to use this card's skill properly, you really have to have many rearguards as possible so as to utilise its sacrificial skill as best as possible.
Strategies and game play:
First, one of the most important part of this card's skill is that you should have Blaster Dark in the soul.
As Phantom Blaster Dragon's permenant skill is that when Blaster Dark is in its soul, it gets +1k. Therefore, even without any boost, Phantom Blaster Dragon's power should be 11k. This might work to your advantage as this would need your opponent to block with another 5k or 10k guard, reducing his hand for your other attacks.
Next, for a chain combo, use 'Fulbau' as your grade 0.
Next, ride 'Blaster Javelin' as you grade 1.
Then, activate Fulbau's skill and add a Blaster Dark from your deck to yr hand. This will ensure that you can ride a grade 2 and will come in handy in the Phantom Blaster Dragon's combo. Next, activate Blaster Javelin's skill, discard a grade 3 and add a Phantom Blaster Dragon from your deck to your hand. This will then ensure being able to ride a grade 3, get the 'Twin-Drive' ability and, most importantly, get to use Phantom Blaster Dragon's cool skill. However, I personally recommand having at least 4 damage before using its skill because if your opponent doesnt have any ways of guarding, swoop in for the kill with 3 critical, not mentioning you still have your 'Twin-Drive'. Remember thatt!
Combos with other cards:
First, use the 'Fulbau, Blaster Javelin' skill combo. When that is done, being able to ride Phantom Blaster Dragon will be ensured. Next, use Apocalypse Bat to boost Phantom Blaster Dragon. Activate its skill and soulblast 1, letting Phantom Blaster Dragon get +6k power in addition to the 4k power of Apocalypse Bat. Finally, use Dark Mage, Badhabh Caar (grade 3) to increase the number of rearguards. Then use Phantom Blaster Dragon's skill to sacrifice 3 rearguards and let it get +10k and +1 critical. 1 more thing, when you ride a Phantom Blaster Overlord on this unit, Phantom Blaster Overlord gets an additional 2k, so its not bad, powering up Phantom Blaster Overlord.
Ways to counteract it:
Well, with its skill, I guess that only a perfect guard will do.
It can deal a lot of damage to yr opponent in 1 turn, if not, it reduces the amount of defending and attacking force of your opponent. It can also build up the foundation for Phantom Blaster Overlord, giving you an additional chance of winning.
As a rearguard, it only has 10k power and no skill, so it lacks out on that part.
HTis card has been released in SP and RRR.
Artwork and aesthetics:
The deawing is sweet and wicked, justifying Phantom Blaster Dragon's name, and adding an additional scare and horror to it.
For this awesome cards, I'll giving it a 9!

Current score for this Card Review, based on 19 votes:
the combo you described in this is great but there is one problem with it. in your starting hand would have to consist of 2 blaster javs and a grade 3, due to blaster javs skill for getting phantom blaster dragon from your deck only being activated when placed on rear guard. so you would ride, search for blaster dark, then call the second javelin to rear guard and drop your grade 3 to search for phantom blaster dragon, then your set for the game. but if you only get one blaster javelin youll end up riding it and getting blaster dark from your deck becasue its more useful then using it as a RG because of the soul activated abilities on the cards. and theres always a high chance of getting the dragon in a properly built shadow paladin deck, so even if you dont get two blaster javelins in your starting hand dont worry, just ride as normal, theres a very high chance to get dragon to your hand, 4 chances of drawing him and three chances for another javelin, coupled with the other grade 3s to search for him,
Blaster Javelin's skill can only be used in the rear guard. And that would mean you would need 2 of them. And honestly I can never get even one in my hand at the start of a match! But besides that great review!
