This card is useful when you have poor hand size, basically you just need to Break Ride a Genesis over her and use her effect.
[AUTO] Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Soul Blast (3)] When a «Genesis» rides this unit, you may pay the cost. If you do, draw two cards, and choose your vanguard, and that unit gets [Power]+10000 until end of turn.
[AUTO](VC):When this unit attacks a vanguard, Soul Charge (1), and this unit gets [Power]+1000 until end of that battle.
[CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)
By Break Riding over her, activate her effect to Soulblast 3 and draw 2 cards.
Strategies and game play:
Focusing on increasing your hand size and soul usage for Soulblasting & Soulcharging.
Combos with other cards:
1st Combo - "Regalia of Omniscience, Minerva"
Break Riding this card over her benefits on activating Minerva's Limit Break. As long as you don't use 1 of Angelica in your soul as your cost for Soulblast, it is good to have your vanguard stay at 13000 Power for attacking and defending. For more power, use "Ordain Owl" and its effect to boost for the maximum power.
2nd Combo - "Apple Witch, Cider" & "Goddess of the Shield, Aegis"
These cards are beneficial for charging up your soul instead of normal Soulcharging. I suggest you guard with Aegis and Cider together. Aegis gives the Quintet Wall Bonus and Cider add the effect of putting 7 guardians to the soul. Your vanguard must have "Regalia" in its name.
3rd combo - "Witch of Frogs, Melissa" & "Witch of Birds, Chamomile"
Use them as your cost for Soulblast, then use their Counter Blasts and call them to (RG). This combo is useful when you have an empty field.
4th combo - "Orange Witch, Valencia" & "Grape Witch, Grappa"
Using these cards as the costs for your Soulblasts helps to Soulcharge more than releasing the soul.
5th Combo - Starter "Battle Maiden, Amenohoakari"
This card can Soulcharge when boosting a Grade 3 Genesis, you might wanna place her on the (RG) behind the vanguard, so when it boosts Angelica, you can Soulcharge twice with both effects from Amenohoakari & Angelica herself.
Ways to counteract it:
Using your power-up effects to boost your units up to a high power, the higher the power, the more guardians needed, or even retire Angelica's supportive units, just to affect the Regalia player from Soulcharging. Therefore, if the Regalia player has not enough shield to guard or have a poor hand, they will lose the number of Soulcharges or the chances of the Soulcharging.
Good enough for more draw power.
Great support for Soulblasting.
Soulcharges for supportive cost.
Break Ride effect will not be very effective if cost for the Soul blast is not enough.
Break Ride effect will use up some of the soul and will affect Minerva's Limit Break a few turns later.
Thinning out triggers for Angelica's Break Ride effect (If you draw triggers).
Soulcharges will be affected if the supportive units are not on the field or in the soul.
Artwork and aesthetics:
I really like the artwork, it even reflects to the name of the unit.
Overall I rate this card 8/10, it is a really great card for situation whereby you don't have enough cards to survive your opponent's next turn or finish the game on your turn. I recommend this card for your Genesis deck, with some supports shown above.
Hope you enjoyed it.
