This deck is quite confusing. It 'suffers' from the technical stance I think, which isn't a bad thing necessarily. RUG is always going to be good at assault, which is a given, but your deck seems like a violent mesh of different engines going on at once. You have Jester Brain, which indicates that the deck performs up to mid game, but you also run Taiga which is usually a rush card. Finally, you run Dragons and Hyperspatial Spells all in the same deck which makes things even more confusing. If your deck was set to private, it would do very well I think.

Basically, I'd get rid of Faerie Life, Jagalzor, yamato, Shooter and faerie hole and add genji xx, lambda and something else. From HZ you don't need cutlass, thunder tiger (since you already have boost), koshirou (he is not as good as you might think) and you should add yanus, bolshack and untouchable (you can also replace kutt with second untouch).
