Oh... This deck can't win any of my decks. The reasons are:

1. Not enough energy
2. Not enough basic pokemons
3. Too many trainers
4. Reshiram is powerful, but it'll steal all your few energy cards

Some tips:

1. Add more energy, especially water and fire
2. Two Typholosion is enough
3. Add one more Seadra
4. Try build this deck with 10-13 trainers only. Use cards that help you finding right kind of energy from discard pile and deck.

well I tested this deck against Prime Time and it went pretty well. I never had problems with energy cards, the draw engine is ok and I never had too much trainers.
