Kyurem and Alomomola have massive retreat costs. Since you're using Expert Belt, you might want to look into Switch, Warp Point or Super Scoop Up.
And then once they are on the bench, there is a Blastoise in Unleashed that gives your active Pokemon all your energies from your bench. You'd be passing on alomomola's energies to a new alomomola with no damage on it. Since you're using Blastoise in the deck already instead of Feraligatr prime. One Squirtle evolves to Rain Dance and another evolves to Wash Out. While you're using old cards, you might as well add cheap draw too. Old Blastoise decks abused Professor Oak trainer card because there is no limit to how many of those you can use a turn. Rain Dance your whole hand and use all your Rare Candies and then Oak for a whole new hand over and over again. If you're still using the 4 Luxury Balls, you might want to use Junk Arm so it can recycle Luxury Ball instead of having a dead Luxury Ball in the hand or recycle Oak or a Rare Candy. |

Ahh I never thought about retaining my energy. I decided to go with switch because it is more reliable than super scoop up.
I agree, thanks for the new Wash Out Blastoise, hopefully it will give my deck an added edge! By the way, i was just going to add, some players get angry when that Oak card is used, i remember running a deck with them and someone quit during the duel and stuff, are we allowed to put those ones in? And also I swapped out the two rare candies for two Wartortles because they are much easier to get in my hand than waiting on drawing a rare candy, although I might change it back, I'll see how I go. Otherwise thanks a load for your tips and information! I really enjoy constructive feedback and again, thanks a lot ![]() ![]() |

They can't get mad. You just did more research then them into better cards for your deck. You don't have to stop from using Oak unless you agree to a modified legal battle with only Heartgold Soulsilver - Black and White Noble Victories. If they want to stop Oak, they should use Vileplumes or Gothitelle. Just as if you were getting annoyed with someone using Energy Removal on you, you'd use No Removal Gym. Theres counters for everything. Its their fault for not being prepared. |

Hold on a min!!! Bill from Base Set, Base Set 2, Legendary Collection should not be played. As it has the name "Bill" and so does "Bill" from HGSS, you should always play by the wording on the newest copy. Unfortunately for you, if you use "Bill", you must play it as a Supporter card. peaches lol |
