try to taste with the following cards:
1) Atsuto: I understand that is a multiciv card, but it fulfills the condition of reformation, so I think it is better than emergency typhoon.

2)Shrine of Rebirth: I know it is spammed, but since you are putting plenty of stuff into grave and wouldn't get graverecycle until snake, some mana boost could do :3

i DID think about atsuto, specially instead of emergency typhoon. and it will be pretty handy too. But the mental conclusion i came to was that typhoon atleast gives me 1 card to keep in hand so some sort of draw. + it being a single civ helps me during summoning/casting as it doesnt have to go into mana tapped. But atsu would still be worth a try.

As for rebirth, Until and unless the opponent tries to mill my deck, the most common cards in my grave tend to be the 5 civ ones, sending those back to mana isnt rly that beneficial always. though 1 copy might come in handy. problem is im not sure how to accomodate it. stupid 40 card limit :/
