take out one grade 3 and replace it with a grade 2 imo

or better yet replace it with a grade 1 lol

not bad i would try this tho remove dark metal dragon and one skull witch and add two more blaster darks that will make it easier to get a blaster dark for phantom blaster dragon rides

this should work better for you you can also if you want remove painter and replace him with two wingal braves. wingal brave can get any card with blaster in its name check the card out

well this is a nice build overall but the only problem I see is that you don't have any cursed lancers, in a PBO deck you use up quite a bit of CB, maybe take out 1 masquerade and take out a nemain for 2 lancers, but it's my opinion
