-Add another Seneschal. It can draw cards really well, and it's a bait for Neuron.
-Add another Cyber Sprite, primarily because it's an excellent evolution bait for Neuron.
-Cut Astinos. It has no abilities other than double breaker. Use a few Starlight Strategists in its place. Same thing with Starwing; you should use Twilight Commander in its place.
-You should remove Forklift Tank Glu-urrgle as well; it's inconsistent and slow.
-Grand Gure hurts most assault decks, so you should include one more.
-Without Storm Patrol support, there's no real reason to have Photon Squad.
-You really should run at least 2 Stormspark Blasts.
-If you want, you can try a strategy including Sparkblade Protector.

I think you should make more decks instead of changing the one deck you have every so often. It's less confusing.

Not sure how to make a new deck, when I clicked create a new deck it lead me to my original deck I made.

The link should only lead you to your old deck if you've been editing it without publishing it. If you're currently not editing a deck, clicking on "create a new deck" should allow you to make a new deck.
